Give me a kick in the butt!

I receive many emails. I intend to answer all of them.

I receive a large number of request for help and questions about Norway and Norwegian genealogy.

It is my intention to answer each and every one.

Even if I am not able to help I will respond and tell you this.

Sometimes I find emails that have been unanswered for a long time. I am truly sorry about this. I constantly work to get the best possible workflow on my correspondence, but sometimes an email slips through.

I run this blog as a hobby, in between, work, family and other obligations. Therefore it can take some days before I am able to reply to your email. I am normally able to get back to you within 3-4 days.
