Video Wednesday: Driving Scania S520 – Descending Junkerdal in Northern Norway!
This is slow-TV. No comments, only the video from the driver’s seat.
This video shows one of Norway’s many narrow winding roads. Snowy conditions make it worse. It also shows why I am so glad that my driving license only allows me to drive a small car. Let’s sit back and enjoy the landscape in-between biting our nails.

Be sure to check out Kristo’s other videos as he cleverly navigates his large truck through Norway’s narrow and winding roads.
This is one of the most problematic border crossings in Norway because of the steep hill and narrow road. If you meet another truck while climbing the hill at the narrow place and it is slippery, you are pretty much screwed. Right now Norwegians are building the tunnel through the mountain to avoid that narrow part of the road which starts at 14:00
