Hi, I’m Ani, a plant-based Chef. I am a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute of NYC. If you are interested in delicious and wholesome food, cooked in a simple and easy way, subscribe to my channel, and we will have fun exploring the world of healthy gourmet cooking.

Norway has a special place in my heart. Here are some of the highlights from this year’s trip. Though the weather did not always cooperate, it was beautiful none the less. We had the privilege of going to the southernmost point in Norway, and visited some of the quaint little towns along the sea coast, but the most spectacular experience this year, was the hike to Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock). Come with me and see some of the things that makes Norway so dear and comforting to me.

  • Very touching story and beautiful scenery. I just returned from ten days in the Lofoten Islands two months ago.

    • Hello Randall

Thanks for visiting and for taking the time to comment. I am glad you liked the video. I was Charmed by the enthusiastic Ani. I hope you had a great time in Lofoten. Having lived in Norway all my life, I have not yet been to Lofoten. I must get there as it is a very beautiful area. I Guess it was smart to visit in the fall. They say that it gets very crowded there at the peak of the tourist season.

  • You are SO blessed to be able to go to Norway every year!!! I have been to Norway twice. Norway has a special place in my heart, also, for the same reasons you stated–the mountains and fjords. It is such a beautiful country!! And we loved the people, too. We were fortunate to find my husband’s great grandmother’s church. We also found my husband’s great grandfather’s farm. My husband walked up into the mountain pasture, and then he visited with a distant cousin, who we met for the first time. Thank you to our tour guide for helping us find the farm and cousin!!
