Loading speed?

I want to make my readers experience as pleasant as possible. Please help me by answering this quick poll.

While I hope the content is interesting enough to wait for, I want the blog to run as smooth as possible. I hate to mess around with technical issues and rather write about genealogy. Nevertheless, if you tell me that the blog is to slow, I will have to try to do something about it.
