Contact form update

My contact form has been missing from the contact page!

I just realized that the form on my contact page has been missing. This means that those who are not on Facebook or Twitter had no way of contacting me.

I am truly sorry about this. I have now put in place a new solution that I hope will work and if you have questions or comments I am happy to hear from you.

My intention is to respond to each and every one who contacts me, even if I am not able to help.
